Make-up in Paris 2010:
Two hot days and a successful first edition

For the first time in Europe, an event exclusively dedicated to the universe of make-up took place at Espace Pierre Cardin on June 24 and 25. 1,404 visitors were recorded, about 60 % of them belonged to the marketing, development and purchasing departments of cosmetic brands.

With the motto A VIEW TO A KILL Faber-Castell Cosmetics presented the sexy, elegant and extravagant side of cosmetic pencils, highlighted innovations on the formula and the packaging side as well as their “Best of Beauty" products in the categories “FACE”, “EYES”, “LIPS” and “NAILS”.

Cosmoprof 2010:

The 43nd Cosmoprof took place in Bologna, Italy. From 15th to 19th April, 2010 the tradefair brought the world-wide professional beauty industry together. 2,254 exhibitors from over 60 countries presented their latest products and innovations – nearly 3% percent more than in 2009. Although the Icelandic Eyjafjallajökull-volcano made travelling very difficult: with 146,331 visitors over the five-day event, the number of visitors increased by 4.88% compared to last year.

Faber-Castell Cosmetics' innovations were presented under the motto EXPRESS YOURSELF – 3 unique concepts specifically developed to create glamour and individuality.
